We get honest about the beliefs, habits, and fears we’re actively unlearning, from “I’m not good enough” to the need to control everything. We trade real-life lessons on confidence, money, and boundaries that help us live with more joy and less second-guessing.
• unlearning the “not enough” story and redefining what “enough” means
• releasing control and focusing on choices and reactions
• dropping people pleasing by remembering others’ opinions are not our business
• building better habits like punctuality, changing check-in language, and resisting stress eating
• naming fears around loss, parenting panic, rapture anxiety, and personal failure
• hard lessons about self-image and realizing people think about us less than we assume
• money lessons on experiences vs clutter and creating personal financial security
• confidence as self-trust, marketable skills, and standing on your own feet
• boundary lessons like trusting your gut and believing people when they show you who they are
Let us know lessons that you would give for advice for things of unlearning and advice you wish other women had you had known that you could give to other women now.

Beliefs We’re Unlearning

Adrianne

All right, welcome back to another episode. And today we're gonna do a little bit of I'm gonna call it wisdom. Can we call it wisdom? Wisdom. Our wisdom? I don't know.

Leanna

That would mean we're wise.

Adrianne

I'm like, do we have a guess in the world we're wise? Uh it's I like the topic. It's called what we're unlearning. I like so in our lives right now, what are we unlearning? And the first one is what it what's a belief that you are unlearning?

Leanna

I went first last time, so I'm gonna throw it that way. Either anybody not me.

Kerri Ann

That I'm not good enough.

Adrianne

That's a good one to unlearn.

Kerri Ann

Well, and I even have it tattooed here because I was at a space where I was like, okay, I have to remember I'm enough, or this is enough, like of what's happening. Like just the enough belief, you know, the okay, I'm gonna get to this point, and then I'm enough, it's enough, that's enough. And I just I feel like I'm just never getting to that point. So that belief system or whatever's in me that's like, okay, I'm here, but it's still not enough. Like I am, I have got to work out of that belief system.

SPEAKER_04

I love that.

Adrianne

Mine is I do not have to control everything. I am really working hard on not controlling everything. I like to control things.

Leanna

I'd like to keep that one. You can let it go and I'm gonna pick it up.

Adrianne

I'm trying to let it go. Like let Terry handle things that he should be handling. Oh, okay. Like, you know, in life, like I try to control all of it. Yes. And then that doesn't always go well. And like, even for my kids, like trying to control and navigate everything that I can't control. But in my mind, I always was like, no, I can fix this. I control it. And I've just gotten to where I'm just let releasing it that I can control what I decide to do. And you have how I react.

Kerri Ann

You have been working.

Adrianne

I feel like I've been working really hard to try to just be like, it's fine. They they'll figure it out.

Leanna

I can't think of one that I'm trying to unbelieve, but one that I'm trying to believe. So I'm gonna change the question a little bit. Other people's opinion about me is none of my business. That's a good one. Like, I need to remember that. I'm such a people pleaser when it comes to I want to meet the expectations that people have. And the second that I think for a moment that maybe I'm disappointing you or I'm not showing up the way you expected me to, I try and live up to other people's expectations and that's exhausting. And just it's not my business what you what you think about me. If you have a problem, come talk to me. I'm like I'm open to having a conversation. But it's not my business. I can't, I can't worry myself all day, every day about what everyone is thinking. That's a good one. It's very hard.

Adrianne

It is hard.

Leanna

Yeah.

Habits We’re Trying To Break

Adrianne

Okay, what about what is a habit you're trying to unlearn?

Leanna

I'm trying to be on time.

Kerri Ann

That you're gonna go there.

Leanna

I'm trying so hard. I'm failing equally as hard. But I'm trying very hard to learn that being on time is respecting other people's time and that is important. Trying to think of all the other things that my husband told me to say of why being on time is important to him.

Kerri Ann

The lecture.

Leanna

Yes.

Adrianne

I've just learned with you too that if you tell me a time, I add 20 minutes to that so that I know if you tell me you'll be here at two, I'm like, okay, I'll 220. I will get there by 2.15 and set things up, and then they'll show up. Because if I'm here at two and I'm like, where is everyone? And then no one's here. So I have learned to uh be on your on time. Thank you.

Kerri Ann

We're sorry, but you're happy. I have so many of those too. I think one that's important, I I hear it all the time. I will ask people, are you okay? Like the people that I love in my life, like when I'll see, I'll be like, Are you okay? And then I've been told by someone that I lay next to at night that sometimes he's like, when you say that all the time, then it makes me think, Am I not okay? Am I do I am I like what? And I'm like, I know it's like the I just feel the need to check in with the people that I love. So I'm learning that I can't stop myself. So I'm trying to change the verbiage where I'm like, are you good? Or like change it where I can still check in with the people that I love, but I'm not using that sentence that could make people be like, Why do I not seem okay? Which I get, I understand that. But I just inherently have this need to check in with people. I guess maybe I should try and work on that instead of the wording.

Adrianne

There. I've like a habit. I am working really hard of not stress eating. And part of that, you know, I'm working on that. But I feel like I am a stress eater and then I'm trying to lose weight, and then I'll stress eat, and then I self-sabotage myself because then I eat a bunch of stuff I don't need to eat. And so I'm really trying to focus on like when I start getting stressed, I'm like, I don't need that. Like, I don't need the ice cream. I don't need, I don't know. I'm really working on because then I just feel like I'm on the same Ferris wheel because I'm just constantly trying to lose weight, but I eat junk because I'm stressed. And so I'm trying not to. But it's so good. It's so dang good. Like I can't even have I can't have ice cream in the house. Like I'd be like, where did that half gallon go? I'm like, I don't want to talk about it. It'd be like Terry'll be like, did you just buy them Sunday? I'm like, we do not need to discuss when I bought the ice cream. I'm like, it's been a very stressful week.

Kerri Ann

That's when you go to the store and buy another one very quickly and just replace it.

Adrianne

If you see me sitting in the recliner with the whole half gallon in a spoon, you know it's been a really bad day. So I'm trying to break that habit.

Leanna

Oh, goodness. I think, yeah, I answered it, right? I did. I answered it. My habit. I'm breaking time.

Adrianne

Yeah. Yes. Sorry. I was just staring at you.

Leanna

You were looking at everyone's looking at me and I'm like, I I talked. I already did it. I was saying, unless I did it in my head, then I got a whole nother problem.

Fears That Steal Our Joy

Adrianne

What is a fear you're trying to unlearn?

Kerri Ann

Fear. I just I have a constant fear that something is gonna happen to the somebody I love. Like if I can't get a hold of you, I immediately go into okay, like I go into panic mode. And I I hate that I do that. I mean, I told you guys that I had Brian in the middle of the night go out with me because I swore Caden was laying dead in the middle of across, you know, like an intersection. Yeah. Because this phone had last ping there and what it like. I just I think when you have somebody leave your life in a way that is very jarring, yeah, it just makes you appreciate the people that you love and that fear of knowing that if somebody can just be here and then be gone. And so I I really need to do that because sometimes I think it it paralyzes me in fear instead of again the person that I lay next to tells me, you know, then you're not fully living in joy of the people that you love, you're just always worried. So it's like this double-edged sword of swords. I really have to work on that.

Leanna

I could almost say the exact same answer verbatim. My I really do feel my faith is so strong and it prevents fear in so many different ways. The one thing I don't know how to get over is I am so guarded with who I let in my circle, but once you're in, then I like panic that you're gonna, you know what I mean, that something's gonna happen. And unfortunately, I've I have had a lot of tragedy. I lost my best friend in a car accident, I lost my two brothers, I've lost, you know, my mom to cancer. So I've lost so many people in my world that you do, you realize how short life is. And when you're in my circle, that really is my biggest thing, right? Poor Jeff. Every time he stands up, I'm like, where are you going? What are you doing? He's like, I'm I'm gonna take the trash out. Okay. You know what I mean? Just tell me where you're going. Yeah, that's all. I'm gonna get some water. Is that okay? You know what I mean? Or yeah, like you got you know what I mean? But it's just uh, it's very much I I really think that might be my only fear. Either that, well, that's it. I'm gonna share. That's it.

Adrianne

You don't want to share another one? You can share more than one.

Leanna

No, because it's kind of crazy. It's okay. No, so I grew up with the whole rapture thing. Oh, yeah. I'm afraid of being left behind. Yes. I wake up and everyone else is gone. Those are my juniors.

Adrianne

I would think I'm always like, Laura, I'm not here for the fight, right? The more the ones on the ground, the warriors. I I feel like it's a mix of two. I mean, as a parent, and I just think we're always that's such a different level of fear. And we've all had kids like the call in the middle, like, why can our kid not call at 2 p.m.? They all got a call in the middle of the night. So I I always have a fear with my phone of something happening with the the boys. But honestly, and Terry says it to me because I I give great advice to people and I'm always like, go for it, and you got this, and I believe in you. But I have a huge fear of failure of myself. And so a lot of times, like I will be so stressed about something or doing something because I'm like, no, what if that fails? What if I and then I will get myself so worked up about it. And he's always like, You don't listen to your own advice that you I hear you on the phone with others, and I'm like, I know. I'm like, I just they can do it. And but I think that's like a huge fear for mine of me, is just every time I'm like, I'm gonna go do this. I'm like, I don't know. What are the all things that could go wrong?

Leanna

I love it when I give you your advice back to you. And like that makes a lot of sense. And I'm like, thanks. I got it from me. Like most of them I don't tell you where I got it from, but most of the time it's one of the two of you.

Kerri Ann

If I had a dollar for every time my husband's like, I just heard you on the phone. Did you hear yourself? I would be a millionaire.

Hard Lessons We’d Tell Women

Adrianne

All right, let's change it over to what do you wish more women knew? What is a hard lesson that you learned that you wish more women knew about that would prevent them from that hard lesson?

Leanna

That people aren't thinking about you as much as you think they are. Yeah, we are so worried about every little detail. And what are we wearing and what is this and what is that? And I mean, with me, this wrinkle or that, or where'd that gray hair come from, or you know what I mean? Whatever it is. And I can't tell you what even the people I love most were wearing last week, or if they got a new wrinkle, or if their lipstick wasn't what like nobody's thinking about us as much as we think that they are. And if we learn that, then it just makes things so much easier.

Adrianne

So that's a good one.

Kerri Ann

Well, I know I haven't been good at this, and actually a memory popped up on Facebook, and it was Tori and I, and he was really little in the pool. And I I sent it to Brian, and I look and I remember that woman, and I remember how I felt as that woman at that time, and now all these years later, when I look back, I'm like, why the hell did I feel that way? You know, it's like love who you are at the time because you're gonna look back and go, wow, I was I was looking really good then. Right. And I was I was kind of looking pretty, you know, secure and you know, like all these things. But then when I remember being in that space, I didn't feel that way. So I don't want to keep doing that in my life. I think that will like just love the woman, love who you are at that moment, be proud of her, cheer her on, be okay with the gray and all the stuff. And and because you're gonna look back someday and go, wow, look at look at me then.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

Kerri Ann

Why why did I think that? Just a lot of effort and energy spent in the judging and the all that stuff that can be used in so many different ways than that.

Adrianne

I think a hard lesson I would tell other women is enjoy it when your family's young. Because I feel like when people always say that, oh, and I say it now to people too, I'm like that person where I'm like, oh, enjoy this era. And I think when people say it to you when you're in it, you're just you're so in it. But now when I look back, I'm like, why didn't I just take that extra five minutes for that book? Or like things now that I look back and I'm like, can I have a redo on a few things? Because I would change things. And that part, you know, that email could have waited. That phone call could have waited. You know, those type of things where I wish now, looking back, that I had just enjoyed that moment. Like it wasn't work was going to still be there. Yeah. And I didn't. I was so worried about it. Yeah.

Money Advice Without The Shame

Adrianne

All right. What's a money lesson you wish women knew? Mmm.

Leanna

This is the one topic that I'm sure my husband's gonna be like, you said what? Honestly, you can always make more. Take the trip, buy the thing. Like it uh it is what it is. Like I've seen so many people get to the end of their life, and I'm sure you can talk to this working with seniors, but they get to the end of their life and they spend all of this. We should have done this, we should have done that, why didn't we go here? Why didn't we buy the house of North? Whatever it is, like I don't want to end get to the end and have regrets about what I didn't do, especially when it comes to experiences, right? And again, I'm sure my husband's gonna die when he he's like, that's the problem. We have to keep making more. I'd like to save more. But no, like you can make more. Just don't don't bypass the experience, the experiences in life.

Adrianne

I feel like my money lesson, so it's gonna be a little different than yours. Of and maybe it's because I've been cleaning out things and when I had seven bags of clothes in my car to donate, that I realized like when you're in your head and then you're out, you buy stuff to that you think's gonna make you happy. Like that outfit's gonna make the deal, or that purse, or you need it, you thought you would reward yourself, and then all then you're donating it to the goodwill or wherever. And then I just see all that money, and then I'm like, okay, that was dumb. Because almost the opposite, like now I got to work more because I could have taken that money and we could have probably gone on amazing cruises or you know, paid off more of the a property. But in the time I was like, no, I need this, I need that, and I didn't need need it. And so then I think, what could of all the things that I waste money on, what could we have purchased?

Leanna

And I think it's more about experience now as I'm getting older, spend money on experiences or on memories that you will forever cherish. Not stuff, yeah. Yeah, because as we speak, I have an entire box that needs to go to goodwill after I leave. That literally is on my to-do list today. But yeah, the experiences, I don't think you can ever get that back. That's always money well spent. Yeah. What do you think?

Kerri Ann

I I I think that I would say you have to determine what level of money security that you need as a woman. It doesn't have to be where you want to be, but a baseline level of money security at whatever age you're at, you know, and it doesn't have to be, you know, whatever that guy is that does all this stuff. Dave Ramsey. Yeah. You know, it doesn't have to be, but for you as an individual, because I think especially for women, when you have a level of financial security wherever that is, that gives you the base to really determine how you want your life to be. And you don't have to expect or ex accept accept, you know, just whatever to, you know, to get through moments. Yeah. And that comes from way history of my world, of you know, it it will cause you, especially then when you start having children or your life gets to a certain point. And and I will say this for both men and women, you know, to have your own so that you can stand on your own two feet no matter what happens around you, is really important because if you have that, you're living a life that you can, you know, do the trips and do this and live your life, but know that it's all not falling apart while you're doing all the things that you love and want to do. Yeah. So, you know, money is money can be beautiful and it can be evil, it can be all the things that it can be. It, but there is something to be said for some level of personal financial security so that you can navigate life and feel like no matter what goes on around you, you don't have to take it or do it or not do it.

Adrianne

No, it's an important. I'm a very I have to have financial security or I am not a nice person. I get so stressed and snippy, and like it will that's probably one of the things that stresses me out the most if it is not, and it's just and it's I think I've just always I did grow up with a mom that was very women's right, women's lib, and you gotta take care of yourself. And so I just in my brain is always like you gotta have so much to make sure everything will be okay if the world fell apart, and and sometimes I drive Terry nuts with that. But I just it is a security thing. And I I also feel like for women, I've seen so many women, I see it a lot online where they don't have the security. And and in my mind, and probably the way I was raised, you know, was so differently on that is just I'm like, how do you not? How did you not make sure you have a side gig or you're doing this, or you're like, you're, I don't know, doing DoorDash, putting money aside, where when they're posting, like I can't leave, I have nothing, and and that in my brain, I can't, you know, I'd be out with three jobs at night with the kids in the car if I had to, because but I was raised that way. And like you have to make sure you can take care of yourself. And and that's good and bad, because you know.

Leanna

Yeah. I think I was always told, have a marketable skill. That doesn't mean you have to be doing it. Cause I mean, if you've got three littles at home and someone's gonna look at you and tell you, go work two jobs, dude. Come on, right. But if something happened where you needed to support yourself, support your children, support your family for whatever reason, have a marketable skill that you can tap into should you need to. Because you're right, it feels like every day I'm seeing online where there's these women that are like, you know, I'm pregnant with my third child, I'm in a bad situation, I don't know how to leave, you know, and it's just scary. Yeah, it's I think men and women need to have a marketable skill, right? That I don't know.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

Adrianne

And I think this younger generation needs training on it. I feel like we've lost a piece of that. Where I don't know, I feel like our generation, like we were all working and babysitting. Like, if you wanted money, you were working, you know. And yeah, I feel like the same. I see so much on social lately that I'm like, I feel like we're missing a gap of like we're I don't know, I get very protective of women when they are like, I can't get out. And I'm like, what do you mean? Like, we let's figure this out. Like, what can we do that we can make sure we have we are safe? Um, all right.

Confidence Built On Real Security

Adrianne

What is a that you wish women knew? What's a confidence lesson?

Leanna

I like gears from earlier. I think we look better than we give ourselves credit for at every stage, right? There are, you know, I look at pictures 10 years ago and I'm like, why in the world was I worried about what, you know, what I look like there? Or and I'm learning now to love and appreciate my body the way that it is, right? Even if as I'm consistently working on it, but to love the fact that this body got me through, I made two humans in this body. Like that's crazy, you know, it got me through the best days of my life. It's gotten me through the worst days, it's carried me, you know, through weight gain and weight loss and like sickness and how like it's it's done a great job for me. So just to to appreciate where I where you are, right?

Adrianne

What about you? I was trying to think of that of the confidence lesson. I think for me is like you said, on a marketable skill. I feel like if you know what you're good at, then go for it. And don't worry what anyone thinks. Like if whatever your skill is and you know that you provide value, like now I just I just own it. Like I'm not that it's cocky or anything, but it's like I I feel like I can bring value to people, I'm gonna do it. Where before I'd be like, oh, what if I say something wrong? Or what if they, you know, it doesn't work out, where now I don't. I feel like I've been through a lot of valleys. And now when people ask me for advice, even if I don't listen to my own, that I do give it and I feel like I'm confident that I know I'm guiding people the right way.

Leanna

Yeah.

Adrianne

And through a true, genuine heart and faith on it.

Kerri Ann

I love that.

Adrianne

Hmm.

Kerri Ann

I don't I'm gonna I gotta circle back to exactly what I talked about a minute ago. I think that if somebody has personal security in who they are and potentially, you know, that's that safety net of the financial, and again, it could you could be a young person that is in an apartment and you're doing your job, but you just have a little bit of that financial security, you know, then all the other parts of you feel good. Do you think that leads to confidence then? I think when you can take care of yourself, yeah, that is a huge confidence thing. When you can stand on your own two feet no matter what, then all the other parts and pieces just come from that. I mean, I know that I've I've been out and about, and you know, you will see somebody walk in the room, and that confidence comes, you know, from a whole bunch of different levels. And I just think when you build a life on a good base, no matter what that base is, it'll be different throughout life, then that is the ultimate confidence to know I can stand on my own two feet. Yeah. And and and then that leans into what you say. No matter what, I have a marketable skill, no matter what, I know who I am. And then you start to kind of play around with who you are from that.

Voice Over

I love that.

Adrianne

I love that too. And I think confidence, I talk to when you walk in a room. I feel like people who are just happy make me happy in rooms now. Like and it's just a simple smile in life lately. Like I feel like when someone walks in the room and they're smiling, I'm like, okay, I you may not own it, but you just made someone's J just by a smile. Yep. And that to me is I feel like a lesson for people is just walk in a room and smile at someone. You don't know what they've been through that day. Yep. And you that one smile might make their entire day of like, okay, someone was nice to me today. Yeah. Because people are so mean. Um,

Boundaries And Trusting Your Gut

Adrianne

all right. What is what's a boundary lesson you wish more women knew?

Leanna

We all look at you. I would go last on that.

Kerri Ann

Come on, boundary queen. I'm not. I'm trying to figure it out every day. Boundaries are just, I don't, I feel like boundaries are just suggestions at the moment of something that may feel uncomfortable that I have been really good at getting through. I don't know. You guys talk and maybe I'll figure out something that I've actually succeeded on.

Adrianne

I think my I'm so I feel like in boundaries, a lesson that I ask myself is, like I said earlier on one, was does will this matter? Will this matter in a month? If it doesn't matter in a month, then is it worth me getting stressed out like you're overdoing my boundary? Or does it make me happy? Like I feel like learning on boundaries is is it I that I am selfish? Like, does it make me happy? Is this going to impact me in a month, good or bad? And do I bring value or does someone bring value to me? And I feel like those things are now more questions I ask before I say yes or agree to anything. And I feel like, you know, even Terry had said one time, like I am lighter. I feel like I'm happier. I I don't feel guilty if I cancel stuff. Like I just feel like I I don't know. It's my own little world and bubble, and I'm happy living in it. And it's just, you know, like I just have my little basket with flowers and I'm just happy. And my own little boundary world.

Leanna

Yeah. I think I love that. And I think watching you the last, I don't know, year and a half, two years, however long it's been, like you've seen that progression. I've seen that progression, and it's really cool. But I think the one boundary that I would say never go back on is if you feel it in your gut, don't ever ignore. What are we looking at?

Adrianne

I'm sorry, something was crawling on the wall next to me. And I was like, oh my God, what is that?

SPEAKER_03

Oh, we're gonna get it.

Adrianne

I'm sorry, totally just sidetracked your boundaries. I am so sorry.

Leanna

That was crawling and it was in my eyes. Jeff is gonna have to crop that out. We are gonna get in so much trouble and not be able to use this room. So I'll I'll start my little answer again and then we can chop that part out. But the one boundary I would say don't ignore your gut. Every single time I have ignored that little tiny, are you sure? And I do it, it bites me in the end every single time. A hundred percent of the time that I've gone against my intuition, I've ended up in a space that either has me questioning my integrity, which is hard, you know what I mean, or setting a boundary that I don't want to set, or in a position that I'm not comfortable being in. And every time it's because I didn't listen to my gut. So that's the one boundary now that isn't now a non-negotiable. If it's not sitting well in my gut, I don't care what it is, I don't care who's gonna be disappointed, I don't care what that lesson is gonna potentially cost me price-wise, it's gotta be a no.

Adrianne

That's a good one. Because I agree. I think anytime our gut, we know it, and we always regret it when we are like, oh well, maybe I'll just edit. No, never, never works.

Leanna

Yep.

unknown

Yep.

Leanna

Found myself in that one recently. Honestly. A gut feeling. I shouldn't, these aren't the people I necessarily want to be hanging out with. Next thing I know, it's a whole bunch of trash talking, and now you either don't say anything and everyone's like, so what do you think? And then you're, you know, and again, that's uh not who I am now. You know what I mean? Like that's an integrity thing. I if I'm not gonna say that to your face, I shouldn't be saying it to a group of people, right? So just and it's once again, there's a boundary. I walked right past it, ignored it, and now I don't know, didn't feel good. So that's what I'm working on. What do you have? Any boundary, pick any boundary.

Kerri Ann

She's learning the word boundary. I am so learning it. I I mean, I'll just lean into something that you said that we all say, and I I think this one I've been really, really steadfast about is when people show me who they are, I am believing them. And that is giving me a lot of strength in setting boundaries with people that before I would not do that. So I think that if I were to look at all of the things that I have on my little list of boundaries, that's the one that I feel like I'm in a season where that I am leaning very heavy on and I am not having an issue with that boundary. That when you show me who you are, I am believing you, and then I'm renegotiating how that relationship is going to be for me to protect me.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

Kerri Ann

And that is something that is really new to me, but I am I'm almost a cuckoo crazy about it now.

Leanna

And it's not necessarily a bad thing. Someone can show you who they are, and you know, okay, you're safe to let in. Absolutely. Or you've shown you're showing me who you are. Yep, I will renegotiate what that looks like. Yeah. Yep. So it doesn't have to be a bad thing. But it's a good boundary to have. And it's also beautiful to watch you step into it so strongly, not questioning, not wavering from it. You're like, nope, thank you for showing me, honoring that and moving forward, acting accordingly. That's a good one. Thank you. You you picked like the hardest boundary and then mastered it. And all the other little easy ones, you're like, oh, thank you. But the hardest one, you're like, I got it.

Kerri Ann

Like when Caden says that he's moving on July 17th, and I'm just like, We have a date. We have a date. So I've gotten really good at I'm like, oh, it's gonna be so exciting. Instead of being like crying when you say that. So I've moved from that because I see what it does to him. So I'm learning those little boundaries that boundaries are important, not just because I need them, but because other people need them from me. Does he listen to this? Tell me he doesn't. So I think sometimes he does. Does he? I mean, other people tell him that I talk about him, and then he's like, I hear you talked about me again.

Leanna

He did mention on one of our phones. He's like, I know my mom's probably talked about this. And I'm like, what? No, I'm not familiar. You're moving. What? I'm surprised.

Kerri Ann

We're accepting it and happy about it.

Adrianne

Beautiful. I love it. He's growing up to be such an amazing young man. Yeah.

Kerri Ann

So I can't wait to talk about a new business adventure. I can only keep this face on for a very short period of time.
